Portfolio website for Marianne Anderson
This site was developed for internationally successful studio jeweller, Marianne Anderson to showcase her work and document exhibitions and stockists. The design was precise and restrained in its use of ornament in order to provide the best possible stage for Marianne's own highly ornate work.
Following Marianne’s own exploration of ornament, order and disorder, the custom-built content management system allows Marianne pixel-perfect control of items on the home page, creating a random effect, and drawing visitors deeper in to what is a highly ordered and logical site.
The site administrator can add, edit and remove pieces of jewellery from the site, and can define the order in which they appear, as well as if and exactly where they should appear on the home page.
We have since developed an ecommerce component for Marianne’s site.
